Lauren and Chris met ten years ago and have been inseparable ever since! Their wedding was early spring and it couldn’t have been a better day, the sun was shinning and it was warm enough for the ceremony to be held in the beautiful rose garden with the magnolia tree in full bloom. Thank you Samantha Ong for these breathtaking photos!
I was so excited to meet with Laura Scott from Tula events and her Bride Amanda! Laura and Amanda’s collaboration produced inspired styling for this Chateau Des Charmes wedding. We were thrilled to learn that Reid from “When He Found Her” would be the photographer for the day.
While setting up the reception I met Amanda’s father who tearfully expressed his love for her and his desire to give Amanda the wedding of her dreams.
Here’s a beautiful fall day at Chateau des Charmes that we worked on last September! We were thrilled when we found out that the talented photographers at Mango Studios would be capturing this, as it was a lovely wedding to design for. Using a mix of interesting colours and textures for this time of year was such a treat, and we just loved the ceremony overlooking the beautiful vineyards.

We are in love with these images by Reed Photography, they perfectly captured the beauty of this intimate wedding at the stunning Grand Victorian situated on the Niagara Parkway in Niagara on the Lake. The ceremony, officiated by Cathy Davis ,was held in a cathedral of ancient oak trees with flagstone beneath and a chiffon drapery accent. Cocktails on the lawn, followed by a fabulous dinner by Robin Howe Caterer served on harvest tables.
Located in the Mississauga Beach area of old town Niagara-on-the-Lake, inspired by the architecture of the surrounding historic Chautauqua cottages, the design of the Denyer Residence echoes the Queen Anne style popular during the late 1800s.
Cathy Martin Flowers had the pleasure of “decking the Denyer halls” with fresh Christmas botanicals for this the 18th annual Holiday House Tour.
Thank you Gemini Photography Ontario (geminiphotographyontario.com) for being on hand to capture these images.
Elegance and glamour are the keywords for this Chateau Des Charmes wedding. Our beautiful bride, Lisa, prepped at the White Oaks resort, choosing a bold red lip, classic eyeliner and a soft vintage wavy hair style. The invitations were matched perfectly with the theme of this wedding, 1920’s glamour.
Our groom, Shawn, first saw his bride at the Chateau, standing above the room where they would later exchange vows. We loved the groomsmen dressed in their military uniforms, formidable and very handsome. The vibrant red hue of the uniforms was the perfect pop of colour in this couples ceremony. Their grand exit was just that – they walked under an arch of sabres!
Wedding guests were treated to an elegant affair with a live 5 piece band and opulent decor by Simply Beautiful in deep shades of gold combined with black sequined linen, and just the right amount of feathers. So unique! The grooms saber was used for the cake cutting ceremony, another distinct reflection of our couples style.
The reception was a lively soiree, with our newlyweds kicking off the evening with a choreographed first dance. The bride transformed into a flapper right out of the 20’s in her gorgeous silver sequined gown and dancin’ shoes! Capturing all the magic was Gemini Photography. What a night!
The day was set to be perfect, from the bride and her dress, to the tips of her multicoloured sequined shoes. The dress was a perfect accent to the brides delicate features, the bold lip and eyeliner by Allure Hair & Makeup a perfect pair for her romantic up-do. The dainty invitations created by Wedding Paper Divas were a lovely compliment to the style of this wedding.
Our beautiful bride looked divine in her gown as she walked to meet her groom for their first look, her Tiffany pearls the perfect compliment to the beaded bodice.
The use of fushia and purple florals in the ceremony setting beautifully complimented the colour of the bridesmaids dresses, the orange tones a wonderful accent to the lush greens of the Estate. Picture perfect!
Our handsome couple finished their perfect day with dancing under the added twinkle of California lights, surrounded by love and family. Krista Fox Photography captured the magic of this day beautifully.
Set on a perfect sunny day in the stunning vineyards of Ravine Winery, Barbara and Roberto’s sweet ceremony was an absolute delight. Bright florals in bold tones beautifully complimented the lush greens of the vineyards, with rich shades of red, purple and blue found in the bride’s bouquet, the canopy florals, and in the flower crowns worn by Roberto’s twin daughters. We loved how Paje Honor, of Honor Beauty, styled the hair and makeup. Especially those bold lips! Thank you to Kirk and Angela from Afterglow Images for sharing these stunning photo’s with us – We love the adorable picture of Barbara and her son in their matching silver kicks!
Barbara and Roberto included a custom cake and special floral arrangement to celebrate Roberto’s mothers birthday. Ravine staff decorated this cake beautifully, and the warm lighting and golden tones of the space complimented our bold florals perfectly. What a dream! Congratulations to our bride and groom!
We can’t help but gush over this wedding, how adorable are these two?! All of our communication with Liana was by email. She trusted us to design the flowers for her wedding without actually having met. We loved the mixed pastel bridesmaids dresses and the light gray suits of the groomsmen. The couple’s pup was included in the bridal party, and received lots of hugs from Liana and Jonathan. It was just the perfect little wedding for this young, beautiful, happy couple. The weather was divine and Kurtz Orchards reflected their personality and style so beautifully.

When Natalie at Celebrate Niagara invited us to meet with bride Teresa, we were thrilled to quote on another Stratus wedding. Drawing inspiration from bridal magazines, Teresa knew exactly what she wanted, an elegant and vintage feel to celebrate her marriage to Richard. Awash in hues of pink and blush, Teresa’s bouquet of roses, white phalaenopsis orchids, snow berry and eucalyptus complimented the elegance of her lace halter-style dress. The ceremony in the round was held under a romantic draped canopy, and officiated by the lovely Kathy Davis at Kettle Creek Weddings. With acres of grape vines in the background, an acoustic guitarist, and delicious hors d’oeuvres by Treadwell Farm to Table Cuisine, this Stratus Vineyards wedding was an affair to remember! Guests excitedly gathered in Press Alley, to be greeted by the impressive 90 foot reception table, adorned with menus by Defining Moments Stationary. A combination of slate planters, mercury glass, candlelight, and an array of florals provided a counterpoint to the industrial atmosphere of the venue. A trio of cakes designed by Willow Cakes perched on brass candle sticks greeted the guests, another idea from Teresa’s storyboard. The wine was flowing, and the couple was glowing with love. It’s a wedding made for sharing, thanks to Avenue Photo for capturing all the beautiful details!
